The BIO (AKA the Biological) is an artifical beast made by the impostors with the purpose to "clean" all the population of Infernalis, so the impostors take it over in their war agaisnt the crewmates.
It looks like a slime of colossal size, that has abilities such as short term evolution, shapeshifting, extreme resistance to natural conditions, regeneration, etc.
