Susvete is a hellscape discovered by a Superskeld a little bit ago that is really bad and full of Spidermoguses and other creatures that make it largely uninhabitable for alien life. Having a diameter of over 1500,000 kilometers, it is extremely big and yet has a very earthlike gravity well despite having much more mass. Susvete is completely covered in weird lifeforms, notably tentacles that come out of large swamps that cover a large portion of the planet's surface. These tentacles, much like most life, are dark red and are covered in tiny eyes and pores that allow it to see and respirate. They are called Tentagus and feed off of nearby animals, and are often 20-40 meters in height. The weather here sucks and it often rains sulfuric acid. Most life is immune to this but the life that isn't immune to this rain has to go under trees or make shelters to prevent them from melting. Other times, or even at the same time, there can suddenly be random gusts of wind as fast as 450 MPH. Caves often cave in which results in the filtering being destroyed. This makes redwater leak in which traps everything inside. There is also another dangerous hazard of ground spikes. Ground spikes are extremely sharp spikes that form on the ground. Stepping on a ground spike will lead to redwater getting into the bloodstream, which is incredibly dangerous.

Suspiciously short.
It appears this page is very short. Please expand this article with its base ideas in mind and contribute to the wiki! |
appearance[]
Susvete is mostly covered in shallow red waters, but also has many very deep areas, also full of this red water, that lead into underground cave systems. You can tell the difference between the shallow waters and deep waters because the deep water is black in appearance, even when it is a brighter red in color.
CAVE SYSTEMS[]
The cave systems can only be accessed via deep water holes. These cave systems often start out very wide but they branch off and become narrower and narrower until not even a baby crewmate can fit inside. In the wide areas, there are small air pockets that can be used for not dying. These cave systems are also full of life but most of it is predatory and will eat literally anything.
redwater[]
The red water on susvete is extremely dangerous to drink and is 500,000,000,000x more toxic than ricin. Safer water can be found in specific areas. Due to the dangerousness of redwater, animals had to adapt thick skin to prevent their skin from absorbing the toxic redwater and causing them to die instantly.
drinking water and watering holes[]
Watering holes are rare but can be found commonly in forests. Watering holes are usually quite small so animals will fight for who gets the water. These fights often lead to animals killing eachother just for a small bit of water, which results in their skin occasionally coming into contact with the water, contaminating the w a t e r with redwater. If a watering hole is found, entities should dry off before drinking due to this contamination.
Swamps[]
Swamps... where do I begin?
plant life[]
Most plants in swamps are large tentacles that emerge from holes, info on them is earlier on in the page. They feed off of nearby animals by grabbing them and pulling them into their really weird and compact mouths. Many animals have evolved to become very large or have spikes on their backs to counter this. Other plant life includes really tiny flowers that emerge from watering holes and occasionally redwater and deepwater pits. These flowers have nothing special about them but the giant moths covered in tiny visors really like them for some reason. There's also grass growing outside of the deepwater pits and inside of the cave system.
forest worms[]
forest worms come out of the ground in the redwater forests and feed off of baby susysza that are frantically swimming around until eventually they get out of the ground and immediately find a tree to start burrowing inside of. they then eat the sap. they look like worms, obviously, and are light gray in color and have 3 visors randomly placed on their bodies. once they have consumed enough sap they eat bark and create 2 seeds before rotting while still alive and then dying. they are actually plants because they don't move by themselves, they just kinda float when they are finding trees lol.
deeproots[]
Deeproots exist underground and like to feed off of moisture underground. They can grow forever, some roots reaching deep into the mantle. Deeproot do not reproduce, they just make themselves bigger by feeding off of moisture and using it to, well, grow longer. Basically deeproot is a huge root system underground that keeps getting bigger. It is often damaged by hardening events.
sushooters[]
Sushooters are large plants that are up to 6 meters in length. They are capable of shooting sus acid balls at nearby animals so that it can eat them, and also as a defensive ability. These balls (xd) are capable of melting flesh in under 2 minutes, so they are highly dangerous.
dinkflowers[]
Dinkflowers are just flowering plants that have sharp thorns and release toxic gas. This gas is harvested by Bez.
animal life[]
Animal life is incredibly diverse here, with over 100,000,000 species known to CURRENTLY exist. I have no ideas yet so I won't be making any as of now. Actually I have an idea: Sussydomes. They are funny domes with visors on them that walk on four funny legs and live in swamps (they are around the size of a crewmate) and feed off grass from outside of cave systems as well as bugs. They reproduce by making millions of tiny bebe spores that swim around in the redwater and eat leeches and bacteria until they grow up into a baby sussydome and start eating grass and bugs until they become adults and then they just do whatever but also eat grass and bugs but they spend most of their time as adults striding in the water and messing around. Sussydomes can live for over 6,000 years.
susysza[]
Susysza are little sus things that swim around in the redwater and feed off of dead animals and plants. they reproduce by doing the funny with another and then slowly growing as they produce more and more microscopic susysza until they explode and make millions of tiny little tadpole things that have a really small visor.
susigon[]
Susigon are weird 5 legged animals that glide everywhere and eat everything but everything eats them because they are small and full of nutrients. They can only live for up to 3 hours before they lay a bunch of eggs and then reset themselves by turning into an egg. They don't have eyes so they sense things from the way particles are moving around them with tiny little hairs. Since they can't see they don't need visors so they don't have them. Maximum length of a susigon is 16 inches.
deinga[]
deinga are carnivorous crewmatoid animals that have a height of 1.3 meters, and use their spike arms to kill things. they are capable of running at fast speeds, but are physically not very resilient.
spones[]
spones are small flying animals that fly into animals so they can burrow into them and lay nests inside of them. they can lay up to 400 eggs.
jange[]
jange are crab-like animals that can be up to 0.7 meters in length, and they live off of gangae, as they have legs adapted for movement in trees.
droopas[]
droopas are animals of currently unknown form that live in trees, waiting for things to pass by. they are restful predators that drop from trees and have many defensive weapons on their bodies, such as spikes, claws, fangs, and toxin producing pores on their skin. they are approximately 0.9 meters in length.
the cusk[]
Cusk are very large spiderlike animals that feed off of everything else. They grow up to 20 meters in height and have numerous offensive / defensive mechanisms that they use to kill things. They rarely emerge, as they have very large feeding sessions, and then return to hibernate off of stored energy.
bez[]
bez are small animals around 3-4 cm in length that live off of toxic gases produced by dinkflowers. they build large hives and have colonies of up to 30,000 individuals. they are similar to bees, except more hostile. their stingers have venom around 2x more dangerous as bee venom.
gigofroggus[]
An evolved form of Bigg Froggus that has adapted to this planet.
prokaryote life[]
There's a lot of tiny visors floating around in the air and the water. They really like to explode and release toxic gasses and acids.
fungi[]
Sporus[]
Sporus are sussy mushroom people with either red or purple variants. They have large caps and the normal versions are very friendly. However the other variant, called Poison Sporus are very bad and are much more rare to find. When you are too close, they will excrete very poisonous gas. They love to eat grass. If you steal their non-sentient mushroom brethren they will always attack you.
Nedles[]
Visor mushrooms that grow on trees and feed off of acids that they suck up from the soil below redwater. When you approach them, they will turn into spiky balls and roll towards you before flying back into the tree forcefully and turning back into a mushroom. They are also constantly excreting poisonous gas because they are allergic to almost all prokaryotes. The gas will kill prokaryotes or make the prokaryotes avoid them.
gangae[]
gangae are weird fungi that live on trees in the forests. they are mostly harmless, 3 inches in diameter, and are disk-shaped. of course, crewmates are allergic to them. symptoms include swelling and numbness.
Hardening events[]
Hardening events are very rare, being only a ~12% chance of one occurring every year. But when one does happen, it is incredibly dangerous for all life. Hardening events occur when soil around root systems begins to harden due to a process that occurs in the planet's core or something. This causes roots to get clogged or even rupture, destroying plants. This hardening can also make redwater more viscous, making travel more dangerous for animals. Due to the trees dying, any life inside them will also die because they excrete deadly chemicals upon death. This kills the mushrooms around them before they would die of not acquiring sustenance. The death of these fungi and plants makes life harder for animals because they are both hazardous and useless as a food source. Everything goes back to normal within a few months because life reproduces fast on and in Susvete.
Expedition Attempts[]
Due to the difficulty of traversing Susvete, expeditions to study its life are extremely difficult.
Expedition 1 -- 2011[]
In the year 2011, a group of 23 Crewmates discovered Susvete. Within the first 2 hours of their landing, half of the crew had died. The other half stayed in the ship waiting for the exploration team to return. 4 hours after the landing, the rest of the crew had tried to leave the pod, but got killed by numerous hazards. This caused a SAR team to arrive at Susvete later.
The failed SAR[]
The SAR failed because the planet was deemed too dangerous via a high orbit scanning. They decided further research was required.
Expedition 2 -- 2012[]
In 2012, a second crewmate expedition was done. This time with a crew of 10 using high tech hazmat suits and weapons. They managed to discover 3 species and report info back to their Skeld in high susvete orbit. They attempted to return to their pod, but found that it had been taken over by the life, and was unusable. They eventually succumbed to the redwater managing to enter their skin through holes formed in the hazmat suits. Their bodies were never found.
