Polus' Parasites are small parasitic insects first discovered in Polus. They live on the surface where they reproduce incredibly fast. A single Polus' Parasite can latch onto a Crewmate, reproduce, and devour its insides in less than 2 and a half of a day.
As such, to the Crewmates, these parasites are a gigantic danger, but three skilled researchers found out that these parasites are weak to lava, which explains why they don't live underground. They also found out that a certain acid that is harmless to Crewmates can disintegrate Polus' Parasites.
Polus Parasites can easily detect an Impostor from a Crewmate. In which it tries to escape from an Impostor and attempts to get to the Crewmate, which makes them mostly used to eject Impostors.
If a Polus Parasite gets in an Impostors body, it can take over its body, as Impostors bodies are relatively stronger than Crewmates'. It can move its limbs and body, and will cause chaos when unsupervised. These are known as the Impolustors.
