Lizardmogus eat depending on their species, for example Komodus Dragonus will eat things even like a Wolfus but lizardmoguses will only eat fruits.

Depends on species, however an average lizardmogus will run around searching for food, climb on walls with their stickly feet and hide, the average lizardmogus is a Geckomogus, or this page which are known for their best climbing ability of any lizardmogus thriving species.
