Am-cancr-69 is a dangerous variation of the cancer. With a few exceptions, only crewmates and impostors can be infected by it. There's even a name that crewmates can get if they get infected with this virus, being this the Amamas.
The differences the Am-cancr-69 has with the normal version of the disease are that the tumors grow both at a bigger rate and with much larger sizes. One of the largest tumors ever recorded was almost 3 times the size of the victim of it. In the worst cases, when the victim dies the tumor can detatch from it and start growing into a separate being, known as the Amcasuses.
Weirdest thing is that the cells of the victim arent the ones affected, but instead the virus itself clones them in mass, so the cells that arent made by the virus arent infected at all. Basically, it doesnt infects already existant cells, but instead creates them by their own.
